Grade 10 math, unit by unit
Is there a Christian homeschool geometry curriculum with real proofs?

Every course in every grade, for every child in the family. Lessons pause when the free days end unless you choose to subscribe.
Start 30 days freeYes. Geometry: Structure, Proof, and Measurement is a grade 10 course of eight units and 57+ hours in which a student learns to prove things about shapes instead of just measuring them. It follows the Common Core State Standards.
The eight units
Transformations and the Definition of Congruence and Similarity. Triangle Congruence and the Logic of Proof. Similarity and Proportional Reasoning in Triangles. Coordinate Geometry: Proof and Measurement on the Plane. Right Triangle Trigonometry. Circles: Angles, Arcs, Segments, and Equations. Three-Dimensional Measurement. Geometric Probability and Modeling with Measurement.
Proof from the start
A child works out what makes two shapes the same, by showing a slide, flip, turn or resize connects them, then builds up to formal proofs about triangles and reuses that logic for circles, coordinates and solids.
Trig and probability as old ideas
Trigonometry and geometric probability show up as the same ideas from earlier in the year under new names.
The skill at the end
By June a student can tell the difference between this looks true and this is proven.
What this is not
- It is one course among many. You decide which to take, which to hold back and how many to do in a day.
- It cannot promise any college will accept a homeschool transcript. It prints one of what was taught and mastered, and your family issues it.
- A student who is behind is not stuck. The course is mastery paced and slows down when a child struggles.

Questions parents ask
Does it teach two-column proofs?
It teaches the logic of proof, starting with triangle congruence and carrying it through circles, coordinates and three-dimensional shapes. Every unit is published so you can read exactly how.
Does it count toward a high school transcript?
Hours log themselves and a transcript of what was taught and mastered prints in one click. There is also a free transcript maker at /homeschool-transcript that needs no account.
What does it cost?
$29 a month or $290 a year for every child. The first 30 days are free with no card.
