Start 30 days freeChildren often give up at math when every wrong answer just says no. What helps is an answer that says which step went wrong, and a screen that stops counting.
The mistake has a shape
Say a child answers 136 to 304 minus 178. Clara tells the child which column went wrong, because the wrong answers are designed from documented misconceptions.
Numbers with pictures
Math support puts pictures beside numbers, adds a calculator button, and gives each math lesson a try-it-at-home idea.
Take off the clock
Math support turns timers off and hides the timed games. Nothing in a lesson is timed in any case.
Things to hold
The printable base-ten blocks, fraction strips, number line and ten-frame let a child touch the idea before the screen asks for it.
The pace follows the child
The course slows down automatically when a child struggles, and a skill is not marked learned because a week ended.
What this is not
- It is not a diagnosis. If you suspect dyscalculia, an evaluation is a separate step and Learning Supports are not a substitute.
- It does not make math feel easy. It makes each mistake smaller and more useful.
- Clara is an AI, not a human tutor, so a child who needs a person beside them still needs you.

Questions parents ask
Can I turn the timed games off?
Yes. Math support hides the timed games and turns timers off.
Is the calculator always on?
No. It is a switch you choose, along with the other Math support settings.
What if my child is far below grade?
You set the grade for each child and can add or remove individual courses from any grade in the catalog.
